Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all installation hardware and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger palletized orders.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned panels for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
